Dr. Saeed Golkar
Co-Founder & AI Architect
A British fintech architect, AI transformation, and enterprise technology leader with over 30 years of experience delivering mission-critical systems across the UK, GCC, and Europe. His career spans the design and deployment of national payment infrastructures, real-time settlement systems, and large-scale digital platforms for central banks, governments, and Tier 1 enterprises. Holding a PhD in Strategic Business Management in the Digital Age, Saeed combines deep technical mastery with strategic foresight. At iFinoid, he leads the development of a cloud-native, AI-first financial architecture, engineered for regulatory resilience, scalability, and real-world execution.
